Yes, the subscription is automatically renewed every month/year.
Can I cancel at anytime?
Yes, you may cancel the subscription from your account settings. The subscription will remain valid until the last date of your billing cycle, but will not renew. We do not offer refunds on payments that have already been made toward your service.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and all major credit/debit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. We also accept annual invoiced payments and bank transfers for customers on the Business plan.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes. When you pay for a year up front, you get a ~20% discount.
What happens when I delete my account?
Once your account has been deleted, your subscription will be canceled and we will wipe all of your data from our servers including but not limited to your monitor data, custom domains and all other associated data.
